Job Summary
Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students across district schools under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. Implement treatment plans and IEP goals to support articulation, language, fluency, voice, and communication challenges. Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to create engaging learning environments. Adhere to state, district, and professional compliance guidelines while assisting students in academic and social settings. This onsite, school-based role offers mentorship, leadership support, and professional development opportunities within a mission-driven team dedicated to empowering students in Fall River, Massachusetts.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or higher from an accredited SLPA program
- Current SLPA license or eligibility for licensure in Massachusetts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within school teams
- Passion for helping children succeed
