Speech Language Pathologist

Job Summary
Provide high-quality Speech-Language Pathology services per clinical standards, including prevention, identification, evaluation, assessment, diagnosis, counselling, treatment, management and education of communication and swallowing disorders; educate and supervise students and professionals; consult with/ refer to other professionals; engage in research; mandatory CASLPM registration; preference for Indigenous language/knowledge; in-person role based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, with day and weekend shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited/recognized university
- Must be registered with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Manitoba (CASLPM)
- CPR training per employer policy
- May be required to work extended hours
- Criminal Records Check (including Vulnerable Sector Search) and Child/Adult Abuse Registry Checks
- Indigenous language competency and Indigenous knowledge preferred
- May encounter infectious diseases, blood and body fluids, radiation, etc.
