Job Summary
Prepare and implement treatment plans for pediatric clients from birth to age 18, creating client-specific goals focused on effective verbal and non-verbal communication skills. Provide support and guidance to families to foster behaviors and practices implemented during treatment. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Clinical Counselors, and ABA professionals to help children build communication skills. Work within a structured mentorship program with realistic productivity expectations of 25 direct treatment hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Pass the Praxis Examination in Speech-Language Pathology
- Completion of your Clinical Fellowship Year
- SLP licensure or license eligible, in the state of Illinois
