Job Summary
Speech Language Pathologist for a geriatric-focused ASC Therapies and Wellness team. Responsibilities include conducting thorough assessments, providing SLP services to residents, collaborating with nursing and facility teams to ensure coordinated care, documenting resident status changes, and participating in a structured 9-month mentorship program. Required Qualifications
