Job Summary
Provide remote pediatric speech-language pathology services including therapy sessions and evaluations; develop care plans using Expressable’s technology platform; deliver care focused on measurable outcomes and caregiver education; complete accurate documentation on time; participate in required trainings and compliance tasks; provide coverage for PTO and sick leave; minimum 7 hours/week with weekend availability after 9:00am; role supports a remote teletherapy model with TN licensure or willingness to obtain and ASHA CCC-SLP certification; position offers hourly compensation and potential sign-on bonus for high-demand weekend/hours.
Required Qualifications
- ASHA Certification / Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- TN state license (or willingness to obtain prior to start date)
- Reliable internet connection and comfort with teletherapy platforms
- Minimum 1 year of post-CF experience in pediatric settings
- Experience conducting assessments
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems independently
- Familiarity with insurance-based or Medicaid populations
