Job Summary
Speech Language Pathologist needed to deliver personalized 1:1 rehabilitative therapy in patients' homes or care facilities as part of an interdisciplinary care team. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments to determine patient needs, developing treatment plans and outcomes, delivering rehabilitation services, and adjusting plans of care as patient needs evolve. Requires NYS licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (or Audiologist) and a valid driver’s license for locations outside Manhattan. Per-visit compensation is provided (range $85,000–$106,300 annually listed for the role).
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one-year speech language pathology experience or successful completion of probationary period as a VNS Health Rehab Intern
- Licensure to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist/Audiologist in New York State
- Valid driver‘s license required for all areas outside the borough of Manhattan
