Job Summary
Evaluates and treats patients, communicates with clients and team members, and maintains documentation in medical records. Conducts in-services and training on restorative techniques for patients, clients, and staff. Supervises therapist assistants and therapy students in direct patient care while screening patients based on identified needs. Float between facilities as determined by supervisor and patient needs. Ensures all duties comply with established medical practices, governmental requirements, and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited college or university with a valid state license or eligibility to obtain license in state where services are provided.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be able to operate departmental equipment, as appropriate.
- Travel or float between facilities as determined by supervisor and patient needs.
