Job Summary
Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties. Develop and implement effective treatment programs, providing counseling to patients and families about testing results and recommended options. Establish patient goals, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with staff and outside agencies per state guidelines. This part-time role at PT Northwest's Woodburn location requires a licensed SLP with evidence-based treatment experience.
