Job Summary

Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, and communication disorders, then develop individualized treatment plans based on client goals. Provide therapy services for articulation, fluency, voice, and language delays while collaborating with occupational therapists and psychologists for comprehensive care. Monitor and document client progress to adjust treatment plans as needed, and educate families on communication strategies. Maintain current knowledge of field research and techniques. Requires a Master's degree, valid state license, and two years of clinical experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited university
  • Valid state license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
  • Strong understanding of speech and language development across the lifespan
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
