Job Summary
Travel Speech-Language Pathologist position at Jackson Therapy Partners serving a hospital in Tuba City, AZ. Provide medically based speech-language pathology services to a diverse population across the lifespan in inpatient and outpatient settings. duties include assessment, development and implementation of individualized treatment plans, documentation in the electronic health record, and collaboration with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to support rehabilitation goals. Weekend services are not available.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Active Arizona Speech-Language Pathology license
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Experience providing services in inpatient and outpatient hospital settings preferred
- Experience working with Native American populations preferred
- Must be able to assess and treat patients across the lifespan, from birth through geriatric
