Job Summary
Travel Speech-Language Pathologist in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Olean, NY. Evaluate and treat communication and swallowing disorders, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and document in Rehab Optima/Net Health EMR. Requires Master’s in SLP, CFY and CCC from ASHA, NYS SLP license, and BLS. 32–40 hours/week with benefits, including travel/license reimbursement and paid housing options. Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Active New York State SLP license
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC (may be required)
- Experience with Rehab Optima or Net Health preferred
- Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility settings preferred
