Job Summary
Conduct evaluations and treatment for communication and swallowing disorders in skilled nursing facilities. Manage dysphagia cases and voice/communication disorders using evidence-based care methods. Maintain professional growth while supporting diverse patient populations across the region. This assignment requires a Master's degree, CCC, and an active West Virginia license, with BLS certification and EMR experience preferred. Located in Charles Town, WV, with 100% paid housing and full medical benefits starting day one.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program
- Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Active West Virginia state license
Desired Qualifications
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings
- Experience with dysphagia management

- Experience with electronic medical record systems
