Job Summary
Conduct dysphagia management and therapy for adult populations in skilled nursing facility settings in Westernport, MD. Provide communication and swallowing disorder interventions while maintaining active Maryland state licensure and a Certificate of Clinical Competence. Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program
- Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Active Maryland state license
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings
- Ability to provide dysphagia management and therapy for adult populations
- Willingness to float to other facilities as required by the client
Desired Qualifications
- Prior travel SLP experience
- Experience with electronic medical records
- Familiarity with long-term care and rehabilitation plans of care
