Job Summary
Deliver individualized plans of care for patients with communication and swallowing disorders in skilled nursing facility settings. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support functional outcomes and safe discharge planning while documenting progress. Provide high-quality speech and swallowing therapy in Granville, NY, with a Master's degree, ASHA CCC, and active New York state license required. Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program
- Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Active New York state SLP license
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings
- Experience treating dysphagia and complex communication disorders in geriatric populations
- Familiarity with electronic medical records used in post-acute care
- Prior travel SLP experience
