Job Summary
Travel Speech Language Pathologist position in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Westerly, RI. Provide assessment and treatment of communication and swallowing disorders, maintain continuity of care through thorough documentation, participate in interdisciplinary collaboration, and apply evidence-based interventions. Must have a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, CFY completed with CCC from ASHA, and an active Rhode Island state license to start. BLS certification may be required. Preferred experience includes dysphagia management and instrumental assessments (FEES or MBSS), and EMR/documentation in post-acute settings. Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program
- Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Active Rhode Island state license is required to start the assignment
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
