Speech Language Pathologist - Travel Contract

Job Summary
Travel Contract Speech Language Pathologist to provide therapy services in skilled nursing facilities. The role features a split-site schedule (three days per week in Ephrata, PA and two days per week in a nearby sister facility; days split by day, not within a single day). Responsibilities include assessment and treatment of communication and swallowing disorders, with emphasis on dysphagia management and instrumental assessments as available (FEES or MBS). Requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, ASHA CCC-SLP, and active PA SLP license; BLS may be required. Assignment length is 13 weeks with a days-shift schedule, and prior travel SLP experience and EMR familiarity are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Completed Clinical Fellowship Year and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
- Active Pennsylvania SLP license required to start assignment
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Experience in skilled nursing facility settings preferred
- Experience with dysphagia management, instrumental assessments (FEES or MBS) preferred
- Ability to support split-site schedule: 3 days in Ephrata location and 2 days in nearby sister facility (split by day)
- Must provide an up-to-date resume to be considered
- Preferred: prior travel SLP experience and familiarity with EMR documentation in SNF settings
