Job Summary
Conduct speech-language evaluations and treatment plans for patients in a skilled nursing facility in New Hope, MN, focusing on dysphagia and cognitive-communication disorders. Maintain an active Minnesota state license and current CCC from ASHA, with a Master's degree and completed Clinical Fellowship Year required to begin. Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program
- Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Active Minnesota state license
Desired Qualifications
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care environment
