Speech Language Pathologist - Travel Contract

Job Summary
Provide skilled speech-language pathology services in home health within Thomasville, GA, including evaluations, individualized treatment planning, and interventions for communication and swallowing disorders with daily travel to patient homes (5 days/week, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM). Travel to multiple patient homes within shifts; work occurs in patients' homes with a Days shift. CFY/CCC-ASHA preferred; requires GA license and CPR/BLS as noted. Interview via Teams; dress code scrubs or business attire; no jeans; closed-toe shoes.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Completed CFY and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA preferred
- Active Georgia license in Speech-Language Pathology required to start the assignment
- Current CPR certification required
- Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle required for daily travel to patient homes
- Experience providing assessment and treatment for speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders in home health or outpatient settings preferred
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Minimum education requirement: Master’s degree
