Job Summary
Travel Speech-Language Pathologist in Taylor, MI for a Skilled Nursing Facility contract. Five 8-hour days, Days shift (08:30–16:30), guaranteed clinical hours and contract weeks managed by the client. Requires Master’s in SLP, CFY, CCC (ASHA), and Michigan SLP license; BLS may be required. Responsibilities include evaluation and treatment of dysphagia, cognitive-communication and language/speech impairments, with experience in SNF settings and post-acute care documentation. Includes 100% paid housing, travel and license reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits. Travel-based role with recruiter support.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Active Michigan SLP license
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC (may be required)
- Experience in skilled nursing facility settings preferred
- Experience evaluating and treating dysphagia, cognitive-communication disorders, and language/speech impairments preferred
- Proficiency with documentation systems used in post-acute care preferred
