Job Summary
Provide direct patient care as a Travel Speech-Language Pathologist in a skilled nursing facility in Lancaster, MA. Evaluate and treat communication and swallowing disorders for a diverse patient population, using evidence-based practices. Collaborate with nursing and rehabilitation teams to develop individualized care plans, document progress according to facility and regulatory standards, and support safe swallowing and cognitive-communication skills. Must hold Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Complete CFY with CCC from ASHA, and an active Massachusetts SLP license; BLS may be required. Required Qualifications
- Master7s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program
- Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA

- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required
