Job Summary
Conduct skilled evaluations and treatment for adults with communication and swallowing disorders in a skilled nursing facility. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans and document patient progress according to facility and regulatory standards. Support residents by providing caregiver education and interventions aimed at improving quality of life, safety, and functional outcomes. May float to other facilities within the region as needed. Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Active West Virginia SLP license
