Job Summary
Conduct speech therapy services for patients with communication and swallowing disorders in a hospital setting. Evaluate and treat adult dysphagia and cognitive-communication disorders while maintaining an active Maryland SLP license. Complete a 5x8 day shift schedule with 13-week assignment duration. Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program
- Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Active Maryland SLP license
Desired Qualifications
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC
- Experience in an acute care hospital setting
- Experience evaluating and treating adult dysphagia and cognitive-communication disorders
