Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results to help students achieve their Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals. Provide engaging therapy sessions tailored to each student's unique needs, monitor progress, and modify plans as necessary. Document all therapy sessions and maintain accurate records while collaborating with parents, educators, and other professionals to support student development. Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment for children in hybrid school-based positions in Avondale, Arizona.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for licensure
- Minimum of one year of experience
- Strong understanding of pediatric speech and language development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with early intervention strategies is preferred
