Job Summary
Conduct speech/language evaluations to assess articulation, receptive and expressive language; prepare reports for parents/guardians; provide individual and/or group therapy sessions in Tiverton, RI; collaborate with administrators, teachers, parents/guardians, and students; participate in weekly case evaluation team conferences; liaise with medical and community-based agencies; conduct periodic re-evaluations; assist in developing/writing IEPs as part of the core evaluation team; attend staff/committee meetings; interpret school speech and language services to teachers and families.
Required Qualifications
- A Master’s Degree earned from an accredited educational institution
- A valid certificate to practice as a School SLP in the State of Rhode Island
