Speech Language Pathologist

Job Summary
Provide direct patient care as a PRN Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), supervise therapists and therapy students, develop and approve treatment plans based on physician referrals, document per regulatory guidelines, and coordinate with families, nursing staff, and the Rehab team. Travel or float between facilities as needed; participate in discharge planning, interdisciplinary meetings, and facility performance improvement initiatives. Maintain compliance with Medicare and reimbursement regulations, manage daily treatment charges, and ensure patient safety while delivering goal-based, functional therapy in collaboration with a supervisory team.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited college or university with a valid state license or eligibility to obtain license in state where services are provided.
