Job Summary
Licensed Speech Language Pathologist providing PRN therapy across facilities in Hermann, MO. Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients, supervising therapy assistants and students, developing and approving treatment plans based on physician referrals, documenting per regulatory guidelines, and participating in interdisciplinary team meetings. Travel between facilities as needed; focus on restorative techniques and discharge planning, with emphasis on documentation, reimbursement regulations (Medicare and others), and patient-family education.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited college or university with a valid state license or eligibility to obtain license in state where services are provided.
