Job Summary
School-based Speech-Language Pathologist providing direct therapy, assessments, and IEP collaboration to support speech, language, articulation, social communication, and swallowing goals. Responsibilities include developing individualized therapy plans, delivering direct therapy to students, participating in IEP meetings, collaborating with teachers and parents, maintaining accurate documentation, providing consultation to staff, and staying current with best practices in pediatric SLP. Requires Master’s in SLP, active state license, and CCC (or eligible), with possible multi-state licensure if applying to work across states; clinic offers W2 employment with benefits and potential 12-month salaried option.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state SLP license in the state where you are applying
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or eligibility for CCC
- SLPs applying to work in states they do not reside in must hold a state license in both the state where they live and the state where they are applying
