Job Summary
Provide school-based speech-language pathology services in a hybrid role in Clatskanie, OR. Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders; develop and implement individualized therapy plans; provide direct therapy to students; participate in IEP meetings; collaborate with educators, administrators, and families; maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards; provide consultation to teachers and parents on strategies to support communication development; stay informed about best practices through continuing education. Requires a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active state SLP licensure, and CCC (or eligibility); may require additional state licensure for non-resident practice. Pediatric experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state SLP license in the state where you are applying
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or eligibility for CCC
- SLPs applying to work in states they do not reside in must hold a state license in both the state where they live and the state where they are applying
- Experience working with pediatric populations preferred
