Job Summary
Speech-Language Pathologist for school-based services in Olympia, WA. Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and swallowing disorders; develop and implement individualized therapy plans; provide direct therapy to students; participate in IEP meetings; collaborate with educators and families; maintain compliant documentation; provide consultation and stay current with best practices. Roles may vary by state/district requirements and can include on-site, hybrid, or remote options. Opportunities to support students across elementary, middle, and high school levels with a focus on articulation, language comprehension, social communication, and fluency.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state SLP license in the state where you are applying
- CCC from ASHA or eligibility for CCC
- SLPs applying to work in states they do not reside in must hold a state license in both the state where they live and the state where they are applying
- Experience with pediatric populations preferred
