Job Summary
Speech-Language Pathologist needed for school-based settings under TSCO. Responsibilities include conducting assessments of speech, language, and swallowing disorders in students, developing and implementing individualized therapy plans, delivering direct therapy to improve articulation, language, social communication, and fluency, participating in IEP meetings, collaborating with educators and families, maintaining accurate documentation, providing strategies and consultation to teachers and parents, and staying current with best practices through continuing education. Qualifications include a Master’s degree in SLP, active state licensure, ASHA CCC or eligibility, and pediatric experience preferred. Offers W2 employment with weekly pay, potential 12-month salaried option, full benefits, flexible scheduling, and clinician-first culture.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state SLP license in the applying state
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or eligibility for CCC
- SLPs applying to work in states they do not reside in must hold a state license in both the state where they live and the state where they are applying
