Job Summary
Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist needed for a school-based role serving grades 4–12 in Phoenix, AZ. You’ll conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and swallowing disorders, develop and implement individualized therapy plans, provide direct therapy, participate in IEP meetings, collaborate with teachers and parents, maintain accurate documentation, and offer consultation on strategies to support students’ communication needs. Requires Master’s in SLP, active AZ SLP license, AZ IVP card, and CCC or eligible for CCC; multi-state licensure if applicable. W2 with full benefits and flexible scheduling; salary suggested around $55/hour with potential for additional opportunities. The role is onsite in Phoenix with options for hybrid or remote roles depending on district needs, and responsibilities scale with state/district requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA or eligibility for CCC
- AZ IVP Card
- State licensure in both residence and applying state if applicable
- Pediatric experience preferred
