Job Summary
Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist needed for a school-based role in CA. Provide direct therapy to students with speech, language, and swallowing disorders; conduct assessments; develop and implement individualized therapy plans; participate in IEP meetings; collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals; maintain documentation in compliance with regulatory standards; provide consultation to teachers and families; stay current with best practices through ongoing professional development. State licensure and ASHA CCC (or eligibility) required; experience with pediatric populations preferred. Flexible options include on-site, hybrid, or remote roles with TSCO.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state SLP license in the state where applying
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or eligibility
- SLPs applying to work in states they do not reside in must hold a state license in both the state where they live and the state where they are applying
