Job Summary
Speech-Language Pathologist job in a school-based setting. Responsibilities include conducting assessments of speech, language, articulation, language comprehension, and swallowing disorders; developing and implementing individualized therapy plans; delivering direct therapy to students; participating in IEP meetings; collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families; maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory standards; providing consultation to educators and parents on strategies; and pursuing ongoing professional development. Requires Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active state SLP license, CCC eligibility or certification, and ability to hold licenses in states of residence and applying state if practicing across multiple states. Hybrid-model role with options for on-site and remote work, and potential benefits and W2 employment terms.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state SLP license in the applying state
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA or eligibility for CCC
- Experience with pediatric populations preferred
