Job Summary

Conduct direct speech-language therapy, student evaluations, and ongoing caseload management for PreK–8 students. Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and service planning while collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Provide consultation and documentation to support educational goals within a school-based environment. The 2026–2027 academic year assignment runs August through May, with guaranteed paid hours covering administrative tasks and meetings.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's or PhD degree from a Speech-Language Pathology program
  • State License as Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Department of Education Licensure as a SLP
  • National License: ASHA
  • Licensing with the State Department of Education, where required
  • Fingerprint background clearance
  • Ability to collaborate with school staff and parents with a demonstrated ability to exercise a high level of tact and discretion in both internal and external communications
  • Experience working with children
  • Proficient in use of technology

Desired Qualifications

  • CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred
  • Experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
