Job Summary

Deliver direct therapy services, evaluations, consultations, and case management to PreK–12 students while conducting assessments, developing IEP plans, and evaluating progress. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including therapists, educators, and parents to support student success. Manage administrative responsibilities such as documentation and planning within a well-balanced caseload. Work full-time, on-site, four days a week during the 2026–2027 school year. TheraPeds Partners, a therapist-owned organization, provides these services nationwide, offering a supportive network and opportunities for professional development.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's or PhD degree from a Speech-Language Pathology program
  • State License as Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Department of Education Licensure as a SLP
  • National License: ASHA
  • Licensing with the State Department of Education, where required
  • Experience working with children
  • Fingerprint background clearance
  • Ability to collaborate with school staff and parents with a demonstrated ability to exercise a high level of tact and discretion in both internal and external communications
  • Proficient in use of technology

Desired Qualifications

  • CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred
  • Experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
