Job Summary
As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will provide home-based skilled speech therapy for patients as directed by the attending physician. Responsibilities include developing individualized treatment plans, educating patients and families, and ensuring patient safety. You will observe and document patient changes, facilitate improvement in speech and communication abilities, and counsel families on disease management. The role requires a compassionate communicator with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Speech Therapist with a current license in the state of employment
- Minimum one-year experience as a ST in an acute care setting
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance in your name as a driver
- Capable of all physical demands
