Job Summary
Provide group treatment to children with autism aged 2–3 years old. Review physician referrals and medical records to plan and perform treatment programs, documenting goals and progress. Collaborate with related service providers to support each child's individualized plan within a supportive clinical environment. Assignments range from a single day to multiple weeks, with flexible half-day, full-day, or multi-day/week schedules. Compensation is $100 per session block, with a minimum of $300 and maximum of $500 daily. This role is available as either a W-2 employee or 1099 independent contractor. New York State licensure and ASHA certification are required; bilingual Spanish/English is a plus. The McCarton Integrated Model combines speech therapy, ABA, and sensory integration to transform lives for children with developmental disabilities.
