Job Summary
Conduct developmental assessments and provide speech therapy services utilizing the Parent Coaching Model with infants, toddlers, and their families in home, daycare, and community settings. Follow each child's Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) to develop strategies for reaching specific developmental goals, while utilizing a family-centered approach to build caregiver confidence and ensure progress generalization. Deliver re-assessments and write bi-annual progress reports, maintaining strict confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and state regulations. Earn competitive rates of $65 to $75 per hour with flexible scheduling options and create your own schedule.
Required Qualifications
- California Speech Language Pathology license
- Pediatric experience

- Early Intervention experience
- Home-based service delivery experience
- Bilingual in Spanish
