Job Summary
Conduct developmental screenings, provide speech therapy services, and consult with family members and professionals working with the family. Follow Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) to develop methodologies for reaching each child's specific developmental goals, while coaching caregivers on intervention strategies to facilitate active involvement in home and community settings. Deliver services in diverse environments including homes, daycare centers, and other community locations throughout New Jersey. Prepare progress reports and maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
Required Qualifications
- New Jersey Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Early Intervention Experience OR Equivalent Experience
- Pediatric Experience
- Strong Clinical & Interpersonal Skills
- Excellent Written & Oral Communication Skills
- Technology Proficient
Desired Qualifications
- Home Based Service Delivery Experience (preferred)
