Job Summary
Provide pediatric speech-language pathology services in home- and community-based Early Intervention settings for infants to age three. Conduct developmental assessments, implement the IFSP, and collaborate with families using the Parent Coaching Model to build caregiver confidence and transfer progress into daily routines. Deliver services in children’s natural environments (homes, daycare centers, and community settings), perform re-assessments, write progress reports, and maintain HIPAA-compliant confidentiality. Requires California SLP licensure and pediatric experience; bilingual Spanish is a plus. Flexible schedules and locations, travel time/reports/scheduling paid, and eligibility for benefits and 401(k) offered.
Required Qualifications
- California Speech Language Pathology license
- Pediatric experience required
- Home-based service delivery experience preferred
- Strong clinical & interpersonal skills
- Excellent written & oral communication skills
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
