Job Summary
Speech Language Pathologist needed to provide in-home and community-based early intervention services for infants and toddlers (birth to age three) in California. Conduct developmental assessments and deliver speech therapy using the Parent Coaching Model, follow IFSP goals, and support families to build caregiver confidence and progress generalization. Services provided in the child’s natural environment (homes, daycare centers, and community settings) with duties including re-assessments and progress reports, while maintaining HIPAA-compliant confidentiality. Must hold California SLP license with pediatric/home-based experience; bilingual Spanish a plus. Flexible schedules with travel between sessions, paid admin time, and benefits offered. The role emphasizes family-centered coaching, engagement across home and community settings, and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
Required Qualifications
- California Speech Language Pathology license
- Pediatric experience required
- Home-based service delivery experience preferred
- Strong clinical & interpersonal skills
- Excellent written & oral communication skills
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
