Job Summary
Provide home-based early intervention speech therapy to infants and toddlers (birth to three) and their families, working in clients' homes and community settings. Conduct developmental assessments using the Parent Coaching Model (Rush & Sheldon), follow IFSPs, develop family-centered strategies to advance each child’s goals, and write progress notes with bi-annual re-assessments. Maintain HIPAA-compliant confidentiality and adapt services to the child’s natural environment; collaborate with families and multidisciplinary team to support communication development. Eligible for benefits and built-in scheduling flexibility, with sign-on bonus and mileage reimbursement; bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- California Speech Language Pathology license
- Pediatric experience required (Early Intervention experience preferred)
- Home-based service delivery experience preferred
- Strong clinical & interpersonal skills
- Excellent written & oral communication skills
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus!
