Job Summary
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity at Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services. Work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver rehab services in-house, developing individualized treatment plans and employing progressive treatment modalities to address various diseases and impairments in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting; in-house therapy with local management support. Must be licensed in the state of the SNF and have graduated from an accredited therapy program; CFY not applicable. Prior rehab SNF experience and 1 year preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Therapy program
- Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working
- Must have 3 C's
- Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred
- 1 year experience preferred
- This is not a CFY position
