Job Summary
SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST (SLP) needed to join a rehab-focused team in a SNF setting. Work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized, progressive therapy for a variety of diseases and impairments, with in-house therapy and local management support. Requires licensure in the state of the SNF, and graduation from an accredited therapy program; CFY not applicable. Prior rehab SNF experience preferred (1 year). The role emphasizes responsive, patient-centered treatment planning and utilization of progressive treatment modalities to support comprehensive rehab experiences for patients and their families.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Therapy program
- Licensed in the state where the SNF is located
- Must have 3 C's
- 1 year rehab SNF experience preferred
- Not a CFY position
