Job Summary
Facilitate achievement of patient, physician, and therapy goals while returning residents to optimal physical function in a skilled nursing facility. Instruct patients in maintaining achieved levels of function through discharge education, independent exercise programs, and appropriate activity modification. Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active state licensure required. Full-time and part-time shifts available with daily pay options.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited college or university
- Active, unencumbered license from the state of practice
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to navigate through various software programs
- Ability to navigate through service delivery software
- Ability to navigate through electronic health record software
