Job Summary
Pediatric home-health SLP role focused on delivering individualized pediatric speech therapy in home-based settings within a condensed geographic zone. Collaborate closely with families and care teams to provide high-quality therapy using efficient, point-of-care documentation tools. Travel within the defined geographic area to deliver services, participate in COFK's Global Outreach Program (travel and participation costs covered), and leverage a top-tier EHR to minimize administrative burden. Ideal candidates will hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, CCC-SLP eligibility, valid state licensure, BLS/CPR, and reliable transportation with a valid driver's license. Responsibilities include providing pediatric therapy, coordinating with families and caregivers, documenting progress efficiently, and engaging in ongoing professional development. Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Eligible for or holds CCC-SLP
