Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Job Summary
Provide assessment, intervention, and direct therapy to students with speech and language needs in school-based settings; conduct evaluations; develop and implement IEPs and therapy plans; collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams; participate in ARD/IEP meetings; maintain accurate, timely documentation; stay current with best practices and regulations; caseloads typically Pre-K through High School; on-site and hybrid opportunities; San Antonio, TX; competitive compensation, flexible scheduling, and bi-weekly pay.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Active Texas SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome to apply (supervision available)
- Experience working with pediatric or school-based populations is a plus
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and special education services
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
