Job Summary
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in school-based settings in the El Paso area. You will provide assessment, intervention, and support for students with communication needs, developing and implementing IEPs and therapy plans, delivering direct therapy (individual and group), and collaborating with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include evaluations, ARD/IEP participation, documentation, staying current with best practices and special education regulations, and maintaining timely records. Flexible placements in full-time, part-time, on-site and hybrid arrangements based on district needs. Eligible for competitive compensation, bi-weekly pay, and ongoing professional growth within a network of Texas school partnerships; bilingual ability is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Active Texas SLP license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome to apply (supervision available)
- Experience working with pediatric or school-based populations is a plus
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and special education services
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
