Job Summary
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in a school-based setting across Pre-K through High School. Conduct speech and language assessments to identify student needs; develop and manage individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals; provide direct and/or group therapy services; track progress and adjust treatment strategies; participate in ARD/IEP meetings and contribute clinical recommendations; collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams; maintain compliant, timely documentation and service logs; support a range of needs including articulation, language, fluency, social communication, and more.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Active Texas SLP license or eligibility
- ASHA CCCs preferred (CFs encouraged to apply – supervision available)
- School-based or pediatric experience is a plus
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and special education services
- Ability to manage a caseload and prioritize effectively
