Job Summary
Conduct clinical assessments using standardized tests and interviews to identify speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans with measurable goals to improve communication skills, articulation, fluency, and swallowing abilities. Provide therapeutic interventions and educate patients and families on disorder management and daily strategies. Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with facility policies. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Requires current state SLP licensure, CCC-SLP certification, and CPR certification. Offers weekly pay, health and dental after the first month, student loan repayment, and a 401(k) match. Includes travel as required, typically less than 10%. Required Qualifications
- Master Degree
- 0-1 years
- Must have and maintain a current, valid state SLP licensure
- Travel: Yes. Minimally, as required (Typically less than 10%)
Desired Qualifications
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred or required
- Current valid CPR certification, preferred
